Item 4 is a request for the committee to agree to delegate to me, under rule 12.4.3 of the standing orders, responsibility for arranging for the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body to pay any witness expenses that arise during the committee’s consideration of the William Simpson’s Home (Transfer of Property etc) (Scotland) Bill.

Members indicated agreement.
